After a brief examination ex-amination he ordered her conveyed to the county jail at Leniars, twenty miles distant, and confined there pending an examination for insanity. Hill Otto was again deputized to execute the order. On the way to jail, however, Mrs. (rreeuw It whipped her custodian cus-todian and started back home. She had to walk fifteen miles, and was found by the neighbors in the morning, scratched and bruised aud utterly exhausted. |
