The city is now comparatively quiet again. The party supporting Uenurals Koca and Mitre has 1400 majority over the radicals In this province. The latter, however, claim that their defeat Is the result of corrupt work at the polls in Santa Lucia. At a late hour it is claimed that the elec-tions will be declared invalid on account of frauds. There is further excitement because, of a proposition by the radicals to hold armed meetings to discuss the election frauds, not only in this city, but in all tho Argentine republics. At 3 o'clock this morning the whole force of men at work on the ruins of the Hotel Royal, commenced to clear aw ay the debris In the cellar under the dining room and near the elevator shaft and staircase. Three hours later the six-teenth body was unearthed. All but three of the bodies found this morning were those of women, but none of them w ere identified. One body was identified this morning. Sax rRANCi.ro, Feb. ft. Dr. Chuey Sue Tee, a Chinese physician, well kuowu and respected, died early yesterday morning from a wound inflected on him by two Chi-nese highbinders ou Saturday evening. Tho murder was extraordinarily wanton and even for Chinatown. The. old doc. tor was cooking his dinner in the rear of tha hallway of his house ou Uupont street, when the Chinese entered and committed nuisance. The doctor requested them to ' stop, when, without a word, one of them drew a pistol and shot Yee in the abdomen. The second shot missed, and the assassins fled and have not been captured. Usually the Chinese murdered here are members of one or other of the warring societies, but Dr. Yee does not belong to any of these. It is thought possible that the six com. panics will take the matter UP and hand over the murderers to justice. Other-wise the chances for capturing them are very slight. . g .
