Show Trustee SIe. WnEBiis, William n. Whitney and Emma Whitney, his wife, -executed, acknowledged and delivered their certain trust deed bearing date the 3h day of July, ISM, to James IL Bacon, trustee, to secure a certain promissory note, !ear-ing !ear-ing even date with said trust doed, and payable 60 days after the date thereof, to the order of Joseph B. Bacon, for $S18.53, with interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum, which said trust deed is recorded in the recorder's office in Salt Lake counry, Utah, volume "3d" of Trust Deeds oupages 57, eS and 59, and Whereas, said William n. Whitney and Emma Whitney, iu and by said trust deed, to secure the payment of said note and interest, conveyed to said trustee the following described property, situated In Salt Lake Citv, Salt Lake county, Utah territory, to wit: Begin, slxtr-eii ft6) feet west of the north-efist corner of block two (3, Eolsey & Gillespie subdivision of block forty -four (44), plat "C," Salt Lake City survey, runnhig thence south one hundred ana thirty-seven (137) feet, to an alley, thence west thirty three (83) feet, thence north one hundred ani thirtv seven (137) feet, thence east thirty-three (33) "feet to place of beginning, and Wstebsas, it is provided in said trust deed among other things, that if def ault bo made in the payment oi said note, or the interest thereon, or any part thereof, thtti-tkvu atittl trtee or bis t-u ;cessor in trust, shall, on th request of the holder or holders of said note, seil and dispose of said premises, and et-ery part thnreof, and all of the right, title, benefit, and eqrity of redemptiou of said Wiilifim H.
