Show Trustee's Sale. VlTITERE AS, LEONARD S. CSCOOD AND " Rmua L. Osgood his wife, on the first day of December, 1891, made, executed and delivered .toEruil.l. R.iddatz their certain promissory note for the principal sum of three thousand three hundred and aixten 30-100 dollars, payable to the order of the said Emil J. Had latz, ninety days after date thereof, with interest thereon at the rate of one 1 per cent per mouth until paid, and Where, to secure the payment of said note tho paM Leonards. Osgood and liuma L. Osgood on taid day made, executed and delivered to S. Mc-Dowail Mc-Dowail as trustee for the said Emil J. Raddatl I their certain trust deeil in writing of that date, which said trust deed was duly certified, acknowledged acknowl-edged and recorded in theothce of the County Re-jorder Re-jorder of Tooele County, 1'tah 'territory, on the third day of December. lK'.n, und thereby conveyed t( said Mchowall the fallowing mining property, to wit. : An undivided three-fourths i i interest of, in and to the "No-U-Don t" Lode, mining claim, situate in the Iush Valley Mining District in the said Countv of Tooele, designated as U. S. Purvey, lot No.' HS, and more particularly described de-scribed in and by said tnist deed. Also an undivided undi-vided three fourths () interest of, in and to tue I Laura Lode, mining claim, situate in the said Rush Valley Mining District, County of Tooele, I Utah, more particularly described in and by the location certificate thereof recorded in Book F, at yage IS- of th- records in the office of the District Dis-trict Recorder of said Rush Valley Mining District Dis-trict and in and by said trust deed. Also one (1) upright boiler, engine an. I blower now upon said No-L" Don't" ruining claim, and Whereas, it is provided, in aid trust deed that in case default le made in the payment of said promissory note, that the said trustee might pro-teed pro-teed to sell, and sell and dispose oi said premises or any part thereof, and all ri.'ht, title, benefit and equity of redemption of the said Leonards. Osgood and Runia L. Osgood, their heirs and assigns tiierein either in mass, or separate pai-cels pai-cels at public auction on said premises or any pa it thereof, for the highest and best price tho same will bring in caali. twenty days previous notice of such sale having been given by publication pub-lication in any newspaper at that time published in the county of Salt Lake, I'tah Territory, and out of the proceeds of each bale, first to pay thocost of advertising, selling and conveying said premises, including a reasonable i commissi on, to the trusiee for his services and a reasonable attorney a fee aud all other expenses I of tlii trust. s-econdly, to pay to the holder of said promts- I tsory note such sums as he may haye paid lor taxes or assessment on aid premises, or to extinguish ex-tinguish any outstanding title or liens thereon. Thirdly, lo pay the fofi amount of said promissory prom-issory note together with interest thereon : and, whereas, the said Leonard S. Osgood and Rama X. Osgood have not paid said promissory note, nor any part thereof, and the same is past due and ! payable.
