Kibot, minister of foreign affairs, is a-A aitintr the opinion of Kouvier, minister of finance, before replying to the invitation in-vitation of the Cnited States to take part in the monetary conference, but it is probable ..'he government will accept the invitation. 4u the Austrian reichsrath Dr. Steinhach, minister of finance, stated that though he was not in a position to communicate to the house the final decision of the government on the invitation extended by the Cnited States to take part in the monetary conference, confer-ence, he personally favored the acceptance of the invitation.
