Show Tha Mingo lnoorpitratad. The articles of incorporation of the Min;;o Smelting Co. were filed with tho county clerk yesterday. The otlicers elected for the lirst year are James E. Schwartz, president; Kobert Wardrop, vice-president; Wm. Keid, secretary; Frank II. Officer, treasurer aud theso officers with Fisil W. Doyle, Herbert Anderson and J. 13. Walker compose the directory. The capital stock of the corporation has beuu placed at $300,000 d.vidcd in 5000 shares at $100 eaeh. Of this stork James E. Schwartz of Pittsburg, Pitts-burg, Pa., owns 4I70 shares and the others liv" shares each. The articles set out that the business of the corporation corpora-tion is to buy and sell ores and bullion, to purchase and build smelters and other works for tho treatment of ores. |
