('., says: "Some particulars par-ticulars of the killing of Editor J. P. Shaw of the Hishopviile Eagle at the picnic Saturday at King's mill, In this county, have been obtained. Jiaskins and (j. W. Cardrier tried to get them to leave and walked on w ith them. When they were about lifty yards from the ginhoiue. Dozier Kelly anil J. I). Shaw were seen to clinch. When they separated sep-arated Shaw exclaimed that he was cut nnd died in a lew moments, having been stabbed in the left sU!o of his back with a bo-vie knife. Jiaskins was found to be cut in nearly lint same place by Dell Kelly, and it is frared the wound is fatal. C trdner received severe bruises ou the arm.
