Th decision just rendened by Judge lteatty of the United States circuit court settle the question of jurisdiction in the Mammoth, Mam-moth, Lackawanna and other cases in favor of the Bunker Hill and Sullivan company, and the Lackawanna parties as against the John M. Burke and the Mammoth parties. In the suit tried last fall in the slate district court th jury after inspecting the ground in controversy con-troversy and hearing the evidence of this long and warmly contested trial, now famous in the history of mining litigatiou, rendered a unanimous verdict ver-dict in favor of the Lackawanna parties and decided that Burke and the Mammoth parties have bo valid location. loca-tion.
