Notice is liorohy given ny the city council of Salt Lake City or the intention of such council to iriako the following described improvements, improve-ments, to wit: The curbing and guttering, with coni'reto and stoni, both spies of the treet designated as Second South street, beginning be-ginning at the east lino of West. Temple street and running eaat to the west line of State itreet (the same being in paving district No. i, in Bait Lako Uityi. and defray the cost and upenao thereof, estimated at .$8. 1 -' per running foot, by a local assessment upon the lots, parts Af lots and lands within pavinn district No. 5 Id!
