It would be interesting to learn Just at this Juncture what Delegate Dele-gate Caine has done during all these years to advanoe any measure benefitting benefit-ting the peopleof Utah, whether Gentile or Mormon. We have Just curiosity enough to ask how, in all the epoch crowded with pregnant events, Mr. Caine has earned his salary as a representative repre-sentative of this territory. And while the honorable dolegate is about the hustings explaining his reoord we would suggest that the Liberal candidate can-didate meet him In joint debate and stir up his memory regarding things which were plainly within his line of duty, but were just, as plainly neg-lectod. neg-lectod.
