Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. PROPOSALS WILL be received at the office of Louis Hyams, city recordtr of the city of Salt Lake, Utah territory, up to 13 o'clock m. Monday, the 11th day of August, 1890. Said proposals are for the furnishing of all material and labor for the erection of a joint city and county building in Salt Lake City. S tld proposals to be for the entire building complete, or for separate parts thereof (stone and brickwork, castlron columns, col-umns, steel I beams. et., hollow tile, flreproof-lng, flreproof-lng, plumbing, plastering, encoustic floor tiling til-ing and mosiac floor tlltug. and cement work), all to be lu accordance with plans and specifications specifi-cations on file in the office of the architect. C. E. Apponyl, No. 141 Second East street, Salt Lake City, Utah. All bids to be accompanied by a certified check for 2 per cent of amount of bid. Said check to be made payable to Geo. M. Scott, mayor of Salt Lake City, and if the successful bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall fall to enter Into a contract within ten days after said award is made to him. and fail to furnish a good and Bufficlent bond in the snm of IB per cent of his bid, the said check is to be forfeited to the city and county of Salt Lake, otherwise to be returned.
