Show A Bostou Park. San Francisco Chronicle. The city of Boston has recently paid $5,000,000 for 400 acres of land to convert con-vert into a public park, and, to aid in the improvement, the United States government has given the city the right to beautify its property so as to make it part of the people's pleasure grounds, and tho Marine park is already in use in that way. This fact has been cited as establishing establish-ing a precedent of which the city , of San Francisco should uot bo slow to avail itself. i |
