Dr. Elliot delivered a forcible address ad-dress at tha theater Sunday morning which can be classed as the initial Unitarian Uni-tarian sermou in this city. He has been very successful suc-cessful anil fortunate in bis mining operations, op-erations, being owner of some very valuable mining property in the well known Red Mountain Mining district near Ouray, Colorado. He sold the famous fa-mous Silver Belle mine, which is one of the greatest (or loading) producers of that district. Mr. Dutton is' largely interested in real estate both here aud in Denver, Colorado. He is accompanied by Mr. C. H. Jedkins, another plucky mining man, and together they will visit all of the large properties. The Salt Lake Valley Mining company com-pany has filed articles of incorporation. The capital stock is $200,0(111 and tho officers are: President, J. li. Bush; vice-president, vice-president, J. II. Whallon; treasurer, P. L. Schmitt; secretary, J.J. Rogers. The company will work the Enterprise, Prospect, Pichet Port, Cedar Iron Bolt and Bobin Itod Breast. Mr. H. L. Willard, an earnest Y. M. C. A. worker will leave Salt Lake this morning. A telegram calls Mr. Willard Will-ard to Lima, Mont., to take temporary charge of the U. P. branch of the Y. M. C.
