E. Adderlev Is spending a Mlas Vern Baer left last week end for Logan where she will vis-it relatives. Later In the summer she and Miss Verena Graham will take a trip to Alaska via Seattle. Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Bird re-turned to their home Saturday from Pasadena, Calltornta. week visiting his daughter, Mrs. Ren Nichols, la Holladay. Mr, and Mrs. Amnion Van Wa-goner left Sunday for Midway where they will make there home. For the past year Mr. Van Wa-goner has been employed at tha local Safeway store. Miss Marva Hodson will spend the summer with her parents In Provo. James Mclntyre and daughter Gay Leu of Copperfleld were din-ner guests at the home of Mr. and M'rs. Eugene Morris Thurs-day evening. Mr. and Mrs. Warren Allsop and son left for Payson and will visit with relatives there until Mr. Allsop resumes his work as forest ranger In the Uintah moun-tain reserve. Miss Mary Comb, Miss Mable Hopklnson and MLss Ada Duhigg are motoring to Price Thursday to attend a Methodist conference. Miss Lilly Stokes of Idaho was a house guest this week of Miss Vera Duhigg at the Highland Boy Community house. Tho Highland Boy Community house had a program Sunday night for Memorial Day services. Two plays entitled "Quest of. Youth'' and "Soldiers of Peace". Young people of Highland Boy took part. Mrs. Leonard Wycher-le- y Norman sang a duet called "Dreaming on Everlasting Arms". Mrs. William Miller sang a solo "The Last Chord." Sunday night after church ser-vices a reception was given In honor of Miss Anna Muhar. Queen Esthers of Highland Boy entertained at a Kids party Tues-day evening. Miss Ruby Blocko-vie- li and Miss Mary Paveletich were on the entertainment com-mittee. Miss Katherlne Valdex took charge of the program. Mr. Gilman Stefflns and Mr. George Laramie of Salt Lake City visitpd at the home of Pete Love rich Tuesday evening.
