Show The police aro to be commended in their efforts lo make people "move on." There is altogether too much obstruction obstruc-tion uf tho sidewalks by groups of men who forget that in blocking the passage-way they are violating a city ordinance. Tho ordinance is intended to prevent street corner loaling, but Well-known and reputable citizens who i thoughtlessly violate tho ordinauco are liable to arrest. Tho police, however, should mako it their special effort to make the gang of professional corner loafers to "move on," and keep moving. |
