Show JR. C. OF C. ENJOYS CANYON OUTING A softball game, a Dutch lunch and a bonfire social gathering were enjoyed Monday eveninig by Junior chamber of commerce members and their wives and partners in Dry Fork canyon. Near murdeir of the umpire, President Delbert Barrett, who couldn't dodge the swift ones batted at the pitcher, and some spectacular catching and batting never yet demonstrated by the team in league games, highlighted highlight-ed the softball game. The lunch was served by Sturm's cafe to forty persons. A bonfire musical with Dale Johnston busy on tho guitar and Shev Granqulst, Cliff Butter-field.Elmo Butter-field.Elmo Nelson, Harvey Wolfe, Sam Sturm, Vern Faddis, C. C Colyar, who all believe that music mu-sic is real, art is earnest, singing sing-ing the verses and swinging the choruses, was entertainment until un-til midnight. |
