Not the Impossible. because each shovel or rake was under the control of a nlnthH grade boy. It was the day for th semi-annu- al cleaning of the B. Last year the ninth grade boys, ander the supervision of Mr. reterson, asked permission to clean the B. During the summer U had grown so full of weeds that parts of it were obscure. The B's crop of weeds was bounteous this fall. The need for a cleaning was evident. The ninth grade boys rallied to the nuk. They did a good Job. Congratulations, ye ninth grad-ers. Friends, optimism is one of the greatest virtues In the world. I once haa tin uncle who was so pessimistic that he showed no surprise at an when Informed that he had lunerlted one mil-lion bucks. When questioned as to the reason for his gloom he replied, "Just think, I've Inher-ited one million dollars that means $250,000 inheritance tax. This same uncle was seen home time later tearing his hair and shaking his head. When in-terrogated for a reason he re-plied "I've .just lost $160,000." "How?" was" the immediate come back of this engrossed lis-tener. "Well, says he, "I bought a sweepstake ticket aud didn't win. There seems to be nothing but my Father's name, they bear J witness of me" (John 10:24, 25).
