violation of a restraining order temporarily the equity people from tres spass on the keystone claim pending a hearing for a permanent injunction A short time ago the restraining order in question was issued by the court on a showing of facts that the equity company was removing ore from ground owned by the keystone people the equity company it is alleged paid no attention to this order but continued to remove ore from the disputed ground hence the institution of contempt proceedings for the alleged disregard of the order in the answer filed to the first action the equity people attempt virginia mine greenhorn district yesterday due to a missed hole resulted in the death of john reiss and the serious injury of james weeden the men were imprisoned by debris on the foot level for
