| Show notice of special tax to whom it may concern notice is hereby given that a special tax for the purpose of sidewalk paving in district no 1 has been levied and confirmed by ordinances of the city council of farmington city utah which became effective on december 5 1915 and july 8 1916 said special tax is levied upon the following described real property in farmington city to wit south front of blocks 9 10 and 11 east front of block 10 west front of blocks 11 14 and 17 and the north front of block 2 bi big t creek plat A and is due and payable in installments and will become delinquent as follows said first installment on the ath day of august 1916 and said second installment on the ath day of august 1917 and said third installment on the fth day of august L 1918 and said fourth installment on the ath day of I 1 august 1919 and said fifth installment on the ath day of august angust 1920 interest at the race rae of seven per cent per annum on the whole amount of said tax will bo bg computed from the date the ordinance confirming e the levy of said tax shall effective to wit ath dry of july 1916 and interest at said rate on oil the whole amount of said tax unpaid shall be due and payable with each installment if any installment or interest aforesaid is not paid on the date when same becomes due then the whole amount of the tax unpaid at the time said installment and interest are duo due will become due and payable and will draw interest at the rati rate of eight per cent per annum until sale of the property assessed one or more of said installments inthe in the order in which they are payable aforesaid or the whole tax may inky be paid at any time within thirty days after the ordinance confirming in the levy of the tax becomes effective without interest and one or more of said installments in the order iu in which they are payable or the whole tax unpaid maybe may be paid on the day any installment stal ment is due by paying the amount thereof and interest to said date all special taxes aro are payable at my office at the county court house building farmington 0 city utah dated at farmington city utah this day day of july 1916 H H robinson city treasurer and collector of special taxes |
