Show THE FRONTIER. Rapid, Black Hills, has subscribed $500 to aid in tho establishment of a weekly paper. A gentleman from Omaha will assume control ot the -sheet. A heavy snow storm, accompanied by a very strong wind, raged along the Union Pacific from Buford to Sherman, on Friday. Martin Griffin, who was entombed by the caving of a tunnel at Elizabeth Eliza-beth Black Hills was rescued after remaining a prisoner for over thirty hours. Red Cloud, Spotted Tail, Big Little Man, Young - Man - Afraid of-His-Horses, No-Water and about fifteen other red rovers under chargo of Lieut. W. P. Clark, will leave for Washing-ton Washing-ton in about two weeks for the purpose pur-pose of interviewing President Hayes. |
