No. 14 was read tha first time, the second time by its title. On motion of Mr. Preston it was read the third time by its title, and referred to the committee on municipal corporations cor-porations and townsitcs. House adjourned till 2 p.m. . No. 15 was taken up on its second reading by sections, pending whioh, it was referred to a special committee, consisting of Messrs. Pace, Milner, Birch aod Preston. i H. F. No. 17, "amendatory of and supplementary to ihe charter of Beaver city," was adopted as substitute substi-tute to H. F. 14, retd Ihe first time, taken up on its second reading by sections, pending which it was recommitted recom-mitted to the oommiiteeon municipal corporations and towns! tea, witb instructions. On motion of Mr. Atwood, Mr. Lvmau was added to laid committee.
