Show Third District Court. On Friday the attention of the chief justice and attorneys of the district court, together with that of an inter- ( : ested assemblage ol mining and legal gentlemen, was taken up with hearing hear-ing evidence in the 0. D. Ford el at. vi, L. E. Holden et at. case. Three witnesses were examined, Messrs. H. D. Beebe, J. B. Mender and W. 8. MoCornick, and Messrs. C. Smith and Ben'i. F. Raybould were appointed aa experts to examine the books, when tho further hoaring was postponed until Monday, to allow time for sys tematiziog the testimony. After admitting ad-mitting to citizenship Henry J. Tal bot, the court adjourned until Saturday morning at 9.30 o'clock. |
