The strike at Great Falls, N. H., is not general, and the corporation corpora-tion claim it is now virtually ended. Nbw hands being easily procured no concession in prices will be madn. At Lowell, notice of intention to strike has been given by the mule spinners only in the Massachusetts, irescolt aud Lawreac-4 mills, and increas- d pay is demanded in all other factories. The mule spinners union at first voted not to strike, but upon the receipt re-ceipt uf important orders from the national association served their notice no-tice upon the mills mentioned.
