Show We almost owe an apology to the readers of the Herald lor the occupation occu-pation of so large a portion of our I jftce with the Beecher trial. Slill it is the leading news of the day, and being reported and telegraphed acrojs the continent at great expense, it is difficult to avoid it. We can ouly hope that it may speedily come to an nd, or if it is to coutiuue forever, it may reach a point where it ceases to have an interest for the public.
