I am graifrled to be able to report a largenflneome than for any previous year, as well as a very considerable con-siderable reauction of the indebted uess reported a year ago. I wold, however, call your attention to the (act, that while the receipts from nospital dues, our main smroe of revenue, have been but little in excess ex-cess of those of the preceding year, we have had to care for 107 more patients from tnnn tmr rfljtu lar subscribers this year than last, and the income from monthly dues has not been sufficient to meet tbe cost of providing for these men. I wiLl again remind you that our great need is property of our own, and strongly recommend the purchase of that we now occupy. I am confident that you must, from the facta and figures laid belore you.' year by year, see that this is a matter which directly concerns you as rata engaged in tbe working of mines anil i furnaces, and trust that you will all this time take definite measures for I carrying my recommendation into i effect. vVith high appreciation of tho trust placed in me, 1 remain, respectfully. 11 il.
