Onward and Upward. Lipman & Davis, having severed connections with their late manufac tory in New York, state that they have leased a five Btory building on Caual street, New York, which they will use especially for the manufacture manufac-ture of goods for their own use. They will conlinue to close out their present pres-ent Block until February loth, when the goods remaining at that date will be Bold in job lota to the wholesale trade, and the New York Clothing Combination will reorganize on or about March 1st.
