The variouB rights of eetilers aa to priority, etc., will be settled ufter-w-irds by the proper ntlicers, as between be-tween applicants, and no advantage cm ba obtaiued by speculators throuub a first filing whore the land has been duly settled by actual residence resi-dence and improvement.
