Show Accidents. Yesterday afternoon, just west of Kimbrtll fc Lawrenco's store, a little boy was run over by a span of horses and carriage, and had one of his legs broken between the knee and thigh. Those who saw the occurrence say the driver was not to blame for the accident; acci-dent; however, alter the boy was hurt the driver did not stop the team to ascertain the extent of the injuries or to ofiVr any assistance. The matter mat-ter should be inquired into. A couple of young gentlemen were thrown from ft wagon on Third South Blrect last evening. The horse were trotting along briskly when one of the wheels flew oil the axle, precipitating the parties to the ground and bruis-j bruis-j ing one of thpm about the head and face. |
