Show Theatre. ! There was a fair attendance last evening to witness the splendid play of the "Willow Copse." The performance perform-ance must have been very gratifying to all, and Miss Graham added to her already fine reputation by her rendition rendi-tion of1 the part of Hose Fielding. In characters of this description Miss Graham shows that she is a true artiste; ar-tiste; she evidently feels most at home in those parts which show tho finer fse'ings of our natures. Mr. Vinson made a fine Luke Fielding. He is certainly a very superior character-actor; character-actor; MUs Walters was very happy as Meg, doing full justice to the part. Messrs. Grosbie and Wilton were the veritable Augustus and Bill Staggers of the author, and made lots ol fun. Miss Adams, Mrs. Douglas, Mr. Thome, and Mr. Forstcr, rendered their parts in a very careful manner. To i,ight Miss Graham appears in the beautiful domestic play of "Lady Thornhurst's Daughter," being the last night but ono of her engagement. This piece will afford the lady another excellent opportunity for the display of her great histriouic abilities. It is effectively cast, and will afford an enjoyable en-joyable evening's entertainment. |
