Visiting Wo were pleased to meet last evening Hon. C. C Wilson, of Kewanee, Illinois, who had just arrived arriv-ed in our city, though ho has been in tho northern part of the Turritory about a week. Judgo Wilson is well and favorably known here, haviDg boon chief justice of the supreme court of the Territory, in which position ho wa3 succeeded eouio two years and a half ago by tho present incumbent. The judgo comes hero on a visit of a few weeks, and to look over the situ ation professionally and otherwise, and wo trust he may tiud something sufficiently suffi-ciently encouraging to induce him to tako up his residence with us. In any event we wish him a pleasant timo during his present stay, and assure him of a hearty weleomo from his many friends.
