In a late issue of your daily I find an ex parte report of that slabbing affray, which occurred here on Saturday Satur-day evening. Your correspondent evidently was misinformed; the following follow-ing tacts being elicited at the preliminary prelimi-nary examination which occurred on Monday evening before justice Hind-ley: Hind-ley: James Kobios used abusive language lan-guage to BeDj. Greenwood; Greenwood retaliated; upon which Robins drew a knifo and rushod upon Greenwood, stating ho would rip his g ts out. The bystanders interfered, aod during the mcleo Robins was stabbed (only once) in the neck, the weapon being his owo, and in his hand at the time. Greenwood was bound over for another an-other hearing on Tuesday, November 26th. Aa to there being a family feud, I am unaware of its existence; in i'aot, W, Greenwood, the father of the young man, states he never had an angry word with Robins, Yours, Expose.
