Tho company has withdrawn most of tho men and teams from tho work iu Dakota, out having intended to do more than complcto tho road to tho Missouri rivor beforo tho setting in of winter, as it would bo tbo most waste ful expenditure ol money to push tho work of grading vigorously through tbo coldest mouths in tliat Territory. Tho grado has been finished to tho Missouri river and tho track is all laid, with the exception of a very few miles, which oiu bo put down iu ten days' time next spring.
