The bill allows the counties of Aladison. Giillatin and Jefferson to issuo bonds for fifteen por cent, of their assessed valuation, when the railroad gets in, and Lewis and Clark counties twenty per cent. A small percentage will be paid when tho road reaches Madison county, and tho balance wbon itreaches Helena. Nothing is expected expect-ed from the counties not touched by the railroad. The Utah Northern railroad bridge is over Bear river, and the grade is finished finish-ed to this point, ready for the iron. Temporary Bridge. Sacramento, 7.
