I Yesterday Dr. J. 5L Benedict expertly ex-pertly performed a critical and dangerous dan-gerous surgical operation, for glandular glandu-lar tumor, Miss Smith, of Huntsyillc, Ogden valley, being the patient. The tumor about two inches iu length and one inch in diameter had grown under the jaw and between it and the tongue. IU proximity to the jugular vein and the lacial and carotid arteries, ar-teries, made the removing of it most difficult, and attended with soma risk. The operation only occupied about fifteen minutes, and the young lady went home last evening.
