Margetts got back on Saturday Satur-day night from the East, having had a pleasant trip; but glad to be "home again." Mr. Anthony Godbe, cashier of the First National Bank of Utah, got home on Sunday night from his run east; and is in excellent health. Bishop L. D. Young and Elder Pv. F. Xeslen, got back yesterday from a home missionary trip through Cache county. Mr. :0. F. Baer, lately of the Xew Orleans Ifcrnhl, called upon us yesteniay. He left Louisiana two weeks ago. The yellow fever scare was not thought threatening to New Orleans, .which of late years has usually usu-ally escaped this scourge. Mr. W'm. E. Wheeler, of tho Evnnston, Wyoming, Ac, looked in on the Herald last evening. He reports re-ports the A-c in flourishing condition. Governor J. A. Campbell, of Wyoming Wyom-ing Territory, was among the arrivals last night, and is registered at the Townsend House, |
