In the Omaha Herald under special military order number 7-1, issued by goDcraL Ord commanding tbo department of the Platte, wc God this item of local interest The telegraph operator at Camp Douglaa will bo relieved by the telegraph tele-graph operator at Stauibaugh, who will bo transferred to tho former post. The operator at Camp Douglas, upon bciDjc relieved, will be discharged. Tha present operator at Camp Douglas has been there since tho opening open-ing of that oQioo last spring.
