To every pole a lightning rod will he attached. Four of the wires will be of Jfo. (1 galvanized galvan-ized wire, three ,-izes larger than is generally in use, and two will be of Xo. S. Xo tains will be spared to have everything in the best working oixler. and when Superintendent Hib-bard Hib-bard has everything in good shape, Salt Lake can congratulate herself upon having made a great advance in her telegraphic facilities. |
