Mr. Carson has selected a Lcation near Kerr's smelter, and will commence immediately im-mediately the constrnctioa of exteasive smelters for the purpose of reduciug the ores of their new acquisition in Bingham. The smelter to be erected will coosiat of two btack-, with a capacity capac-ity for the reduction of sixty tons of raw ore each.
