Show We cordially take Judge McKean by the hand, pat hiui on the shoulder, and congratulate him on sensibly, though late,, taking the advice we offered of-fered him some montha ago. We told him all along that litigant parties could 1 have juries if they so desired, the fees being assessed in the costs; but he was unamiably disposed towards us at the ' time and paid no attention to it, Now, however, ho has concluded to accept our well-meant advice, and has so announced an-nounced in open court. On tho tenth ' of next month litigants can havo their cases tried in this way. That's right. 1 Now give- them good and honest juries. |
