Show Theatre. To-night M'lle Ravel makes her last appearance but one in this city, and takes a farewell benefit. The bill is an exceedingly strong one, opening with the fine drama of "The Flowers of the Forest," and concluding conclud-ing with the "Dumb boy of Maaches-ter." Maaches-ter." In the first piece the lady will play Cynthia, the gypsy, and in the other she will assume the title-role. M'lle Ravel has won a large circle of admirers ad-mirers during her engagement here. She is a most graceful actress and expressive ex-pressive pantomimist, and as a tightrope tight-rope performer and dancer legitimately claims a leading rank. She will be supported by Mr. Waldron and the company. Give her a rousing benefit. |
