Show Thb Meetinois in Ooden. A large party from this city went up to Ogden, Og-den, on Sunday, to attend the meetings there. Among the number were President Joseph Young, senr., Hons. W. II. Hooper and E. Smith, General H. B. Clawson, Colonels S. W. Richards, Rich-ards, T. McKean, Isaac Groo and J. R. Winder, Win. Ciayton, D. 0. Calder, R. L. Campbell, A. M. Mus-ser, Mus-ser, H. V. Naisbitt and John T. Caine, Esqrs., with other gentlemen, a number of ladies accompanying. The meetings, morning and afternoon, were exceedingly crowtled, a large number being unable to find room inside the Tabernacle. The speakers in the morning were Elder John Taylor and President Joseph Young, senr.; in the afternoon President B. Young occupied oc-cupied the time. Those from this oily, including tho Presidency, returned re-turned by special train in the evening. |
