Show Theatre. This evening Mr. Lyne makes his second appearance in the ever popular play of "Damon and Pythias," sustaining the role of Damon, Da-mon, which we esteem one of his best personations. Mr. McKenzie does Pythias, in which he is always excellent. excel-lent. Miss Adams personates Calan-the, Calan-the, which is a rendition of great beauty. Mrs. Bowring plays the loving lov-ing Hermion, and Mr. Thorne the tyrant ty-rant Dionysius. The other characters are cast to the best ability of the company. com-pany. The farce is the laughable one of "liowl'd Out" in which Mr. Mar-getts Mar-getts appears as Ezekiel. We hope to see a crowded house. |
