6Te thirteenth thir-teenth annual tournament of the Sportsmans Association of the Northwest North-west was held here today with a large attendance from the states in the association as-sociation and a crack team from British Brit-ish Columbia Eight events were shot today under unfavorable conditions a cold drizzling rain interfering to a considerable extent ex-tent As a result no records were broken although Consldine and Ware I of Spokane and Stevens did good individual Spkane dividual work Shooting began at 9 a m over a battery of five traps and a1 Magua trap with 1 up at both The first event 15 singles known traps and angles was won by Consid ine of Spokane by 15 dead birds Ware of Spokane also made a clean record in the second event by bringing down 20 blue rock The team championship of the northwest north-west was wen by the Spokane team consisting of Consldine Doollttle and Ware with a total of 40 The championship of Montana went to C H Smith of Butte he getting 45 out of 50 known traps and angles The principal event for tomorrow will b two team SJhoots for the championship cham-pionship of the northwest and three team shoots for the championship of Montana At a
