Ambition Scheme DENVER March 20A special to the Republican from Phoenix Ariz says The most ambitious railroad scheme yet broached in Arizona developed de-veloped today in incorporation of the I Saluda Southern Railway company witha capital of 19755OOD to con struct 87S miles of road from a new town to be established ejghteen miles north of Phoenix upon the lands of the Rio Verde Canal company This company com-pany is now constructing a water storagesystem on the Verde river and a great canal and expectswithin two years to cover with water an area of 200000 acres of land in SalURiver valley val-ley Incorporators are all connected with the canal comiSanj and it is announced an-nounced that the work will soon commence com-mence upon a belt system of railways throughout Salt River valley connecting connect-ing the new town with Glendale Phoenix and Tempe Other lines projected pro-jected are more for the purpose of securing se-curing rights of way for other companies com-panies to Nogales Yuma and Flagstaff Flag-staff
