Show I OVSPECTJSD THE JJUTIIOnE I Gi < cat Grout of Ieluho lIlacs Owned Ii I j lioeal People James McGreggor one of the owners of the Baltimore group of mines in the vicinity of Ketchum Ida returned I from the north yesterday morning i after a weeks absence in the mining districts there His visit was primarily I primar-ily for the purpose of affording the gentleman an opportunity of Inspect ing the Baltimore properties WHICH during the coming season will probably prob-ably be numbered among the heaviest shippers of the state of Idaho Some months ago Messrs McCreggor Marshall Mar-shall and Jones the three principal owners of the mines leased them to I Park City people one of the agreements agree-ments being that the lessees must run a tunnel from the side of the mountain I moun-tain opposite that upon which are located lo-cated the old workings to cut the ore bodies at considerable depth They are I to complete 500 feet of the work before the shipment of ore is to commence Before the 1st of the month this much I of the tunnel will be in a state of completion I com-pletion there being over 400 feet now I finished and the ore will commence to come down to the valley smelters in the very near future Mr McGreggor states that the properties look well and when shipments are once started they will be heavy producers of silver lead ores On his return the gentleman stopped I off at Halley and visited the Camas Xo 2 properties These are gold producers I pro-ducers and a twenty stamp mill is doing do-ing splendid worK i I |
