A RECEIVER APPOINTED A E hyde Takes Charge of tho Jnnb Utah Milling Company Clarence W Hall attorney for the plaintiffs in the case of Cunnington Co Juab county made a motion before Judge Zane yesterday morning that a receiver re-ceiver be appointed to take charge of the defendants mining property Th appointment was asked for on the ground that the property was now in the hands of the United States marshal under several writs of execution which had recently re-cently been issued to him and that active operations at the mine would have to cease unless the said receiver was appointed ap-pointed Judge Burnett for the defendants stated that he would not resist the appointment ap-pointment prayer for and A E Hyde was appointed as such receiver under bonds in the sum of 2500 The receiver is accorded the usual powers
