Show Bismarck and Von Munster FRIENDRICHSRUHE July 3An Associated Asso-ciated Press correspondent today called upon Prince Bismarck and directed the latters attention to the allegations made recently in the London Times by M Blowitz concerning the statements attributed at-tributed to Count von Munster to the effect thai the latter declared he heard Emperor William a year before he died name General von Caprivi a Prince Bis marcks successor as chancellor should he tho Emperor be compelled to discard the Prince who was becoming overbearingly headstrong Count von Munster is said to have also recalled another occasion ou which the old Emperor complained of the chancellors advancing his son Count Herbert Bismarck as the greatest act of nepolism in politics ever recorded but which the Emperor said must be borne because the services of Bismarck were still stl needed Prince Bismarck said he was not willing ling to discuss Count Munsters alleged utterances on the events which led up to his the chancellors retirement from o ce The princes secretary and personal I physician Dr Chrysande on the other I band said the Time story was completely I contradicted by the German press and it I was so obviously untrue that a formal denial of the socalled facts it contained was not necessary |
