WITHOUT FOUNDATION I A Rumor That Z C M I Shoe Factory Would Close In these days when there is more or less depression everywhere people accept I I as true rumors which they would ordinarily 1 ordi-narily laugh at Yesterday it was reported I that the Z C M l shoe factory would I soon close down and a HERALD reporter j called upon Colonel Webber to ascertain i if any such move was contemplated Mr Webber said It is necessary to close the factory down every summer in order to overhaul the machinery and the time for this work is near at hand The factory fac-tory will be closed about three weeks and will then be running again as usual
