Show x : v CLIP 'N' COOK Festive Chicken Salad copi.yN..vice 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks '4 cup celery slices cup mayonnaise or salad dressing V hp. salt V tsp. curry powder (optional) 1 tbsp. pineapple juke or milk cup gronola-style cereal with raisins or dales In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cereal. Mix well. Chill. Immediately before serving, stir in cereal. Serve in pineapple boats or on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with additional cereal and garnish with orange slices and strawberries, if desired. Mokes about three cups chicken salad. V J |
