Returned From the Cast Colonel N W Clayton one of the members of the executive committee of the Utah company returned from the past and south yesterday afternoon but contrary tD expectations the board of directors of the company did not have its contemplated meeting and will now take a postponement until the arrival of Prank J Cannon The latter gentleman gentle-man accompanied Mr Clayton as far back as Chicago where the remained for several days in order to close up some business affairs It is probable chat he will reach this city within the next two days Colonel Claytons health has been very materially improved by his journeying and the gentleman will now be better able to take up the duties which will devolve upon him in the carrying out of the plans of the Utah company
